are your textiles machine washable?

yes! every textile heat-set by hand before it’s shipped.
wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang or tumble dry on low to keep the print crisp and the fabric soft. (please avoid bleach and high heat!)
what is your return/exchange policy?

we accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. since each piece is hand block-printed, slight variations aren't considered defects (see below!). use the contact form to start a return or exchange.
my item doesn’t look exactly like the photos. what gives?

every piece is made by hand, from sketching to carving to printing to heat setting. slight variations in ink saturation, placement, and texture are a natural result of that wonderfully inefficient process. you’ve got an original on your hands!
what is your shipping policy?

orders to the united states and canada ship within 3–5 business days via USPS. eligible orders will come with a tracking number once the order has shipped. domestic orders ship for free. shipping for eligible international orders is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
do your prints come framed?

no, prints are sold unframed so you can choose the frame that fits your space.
